Yeah, same experience as everyone else here. I was seen at Plymouth ER, set up a payment plan when I received a bill from this company, paid it every month until I completely paid it off in a lump sum at the end, and they STILL sent me to collections for that lump sum that they had already received. Their phone numbers do not work, and my account number is now “invalid”. Incredibly shady.

I have been trying for months to contact this company or to pay our bill online. When calling you immediately get a message that says "Goodbye". When trying to pay online it says the account number is invalid. I don't know what to do.

Was sent to collections after being seen here earlier this year for a visit covered by insurance, which the claim was already approved and paid for. When I called the hospital, they said they don't handle the billing for Elite Emergency Physicians. So I called them to speak to someone about my account, they claimed to not have my correct insurance information and would place my account on hold until they duke it out with insurance. Received yet another collection on my credit from this group for $803. Never been seen at this place, and I am unable to find any information as to what I am being billed for. I disputed this once 2 years ago, then suddenly its back on there. Will be disputing once again, they really need to do something about this ASAP its been years and it is still happening!
