To the lady with the "master's degree" whoever gave it to you needs to take it back. Not only can black mold shorten your life span, it can kill you!! Please go find a new job. I will be taken this to the news and all my phone calls are recorded. I wonder how the people of elkhart's gonna love to hear how black mold can never phase you. You're a joke get a new job.

Went to retrieve some copies of my birth certificate today.... What a wonderful group of people I was able to deal with. Not only helpful but very pleasant too.... Things went very smooth and I was in and out in no time.... Other municipalities in the state would benefit greatly to model their customer support systems from this group of Ladies.... To the nay sayers... you have no idea how well and smoothly run Elkhart is.... if you've never had to deal elsewhere. Thanks Again.
