My mom has eye insurance, and was charged one amount by Elkhart eye clinic. We received the eob from eye med, and they showed a lesser amount she should have been charged. I called eye care a couple times before they answered. I was told Sandy was with a patient, and would call back. Didn't get call back. Guessill be calling again tomorrow, and to see where her glasses are.

Not a good place, I'd recommend any other eye care facility over this joke of a place. Not impressed and won't go back.. just because a business office exists, doesn't mean they have any clue what they are doing..

Don't tell people they can get glasses here without checking their insurance first! I scheduled my appointment 2 months prior. When I set the appointment I told them I needed new prescription glasses. They said that they do carry them and I could get new glasses there. It was only after my eye exam that they told me they do not work with my insurance. It was my mistake for not asking however, my family doc is at elkhart clinic and the eye doctor was in network so why would I assume the glasses are not covered here? I was the... read more
