From the first time I walked in to window shop, I was treated like an old friend. They (Steve and his team) answered every question I had and asked some I had not thought of to help me to decide on what bike would suit my needs. When the bike ordered came in Steve happily spent as much time needed to get everything adjusted to me. Bought a bike rack for our car and not only did they put it on the car for us, but before we drove off to Canada, one of the guys fine-tuned the rack specifically for our bikes! We drove the 8 hours home with confidence that all was safe and secure! Thanks guys!
Just picked up my brand new Trek Silque. Steve let me road test it last weekend before buying. He took a lot of time to make sure the bike fit me perfectly. He didn't try to sell me n more than I need. He gave me a fair trade. This was an awesome buying experience. I would tell anyone to visit Elkhart Bicycle Shop for their new bike!
Just bought my new Trek Lexa SLX road bike and Joe did a great job with the fitting and accessorizing my bike with the things I needed. I went from a hybrid to this road bike and what a difference. He was extremely patient in answering all my questions. My hybrid was not purchased from them and the difference in the level of customer service they provided is second to none. Steve, Joe, and Christian all know what they are doing and will work with you until you have it right. Thanks guys!!!
