Very disappointed with Dr. Elkhal’s service. I was referred to Elkhal by my dentist to repair a failed root canal. Booked a consultation to the examine the tooth and determine if a root canal was possible. He suggested a type of MRI on the tooth to make the up coming root canal easier. Another $200. Came in for the root canal today after two hour in the chair he determined root canal was not an option. $200 for consultation $200 for tooth MRI $494 for today’s failure. $894 dollars for no repair! I’ve had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Steven Elkhal. He is an exceptionally professional, calm, and respectful doctor. From the very first visit, I felt safe, cared for, and treated with genuine kindness. He always took the time to explain things patiently and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Really recommend this doctor. Very professional, understandable and the most important thing is that he is very honest! If he isn’t able to do it, he won’t charge you for something that wasn’t done!! Honesty that is what most doctors lack!! Would be be if needed for sure!!
