I don't believe it is safe to live at Westhaven because of the current managers lackadaisical attitude towards safety. For over two years the fire doors on the fifth floor and many other locations throughout the building have never securely closed. In addition many of the doors leading to the stairwells also don't securely latch. I have reported this as maintenance requests that Jestene, our building manager, closes without fixing them . She also neglects to have the walks shoveled after snowstorms which impeded emergency se... read more
