Went from a run down building to a place you want to live.
Horrible company to deal with, specifically because of Katherine. Most unprofessional and rude property manager I have ever dealt with.
After living in a one bedroom with my daughter for six years, I was told by the resident manager Katherine that we were "overcrowding" and that Boardwalk would not renew mylease, but I could not move into a 2 bedroom as I didn't meet the minimum income requirements. I was forced to leave Banff after living there for 18 years and making it our home. I will never recommend Boardwalk to anyone, they do not care about people, they have no empathy for people with different situations, only about following their rules and guidelin... read more
