After living in a one bedroom with my daughter for six years, I was told by the resident manager Katherine that we were "overcrowding" and that Boardwalk would not renew mylease, but I could not move into a 2 bedroom as I didn't meet the minimum income requirements. I was forced to leave Banff after living there for 18 years and making it our home. I will never recommend Boardwalk to anyone, they do not care about people, they have no empathy for people with different situations, only about following their rules and guidelin... read more
Ida and boardwalk have been fantastic during our move in process! Definitely a great place to live in a small community like banff, offering year leases for long term residents. Would 100% recommend for your next property rental
