I had recently injured my knee and as a result of my limp compensating for the pain associated with that, my legs were just wadded up. I booked a massage after a quick internet search choosing to support a local business. Wow... I'm glad I did. Looking forward to my next visit doesn't even begin to describe my thoughts. Thanks Jess. Lesley Sario is such an incredible massage therapist! Every treatment I get from her is exactly what I wanted. She uses a strong pressure and uses silicone suction cups to get even deeper into problem areas. She uses high quality oils and blends some beautiful essential oils in as an added bonus. And I love the hot stones she uses to melt my muscles even more!
My husband and I are thrilled to discover this wonderful locally owned business. It's so very difficult find a skilled massage practitioner who can balance relaxation and deep tissue work while also providing a comfortable price range. We have worked with Lesley, Jessica and Jill. Very pleased every time we have received a massage! The tables are comfortable, the space is peaceful and clean. I've only made my way in to the fine folks at Elk Rock Wellness once, but I am resolving to make them a regular part of my self care routine. As a nurse I work long shifts and put my body through the ringer any given day. After my massage I felt completely relaxed, as well as adjusted and realigned both mentally and physically. If you value high quality bodywork performed by knowledgable and caring individuals who tailor their care to fit your needs, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't visit Elk Rock Wellness!!
I love this place! It's so close to my house and I've had a fantastic massage experience with each massage therapist I have scheduled with. They often offer good deals throughout the year, and will help search your insurance options also.
