I just moved out here, and decided I would try a nail salon instead of my usual in Champlin. Boy that was a mistake... I went in, while I was waiting a girl was there to get her nails fixed that they had messed up she wanted dip, they sat her with a lady she told her what they wanted, I think the name is Tina- told her she doesn't do dip and the lady had to leave without getting her nails done cuz they didn't have time for her I guess today.. that right there was a red flag for me... First time there they filed my nails a little rough and nipped 2 of my finger tips where I was bleeding. I figured I’d still give him another chance, so I called to make an appointment and when I got there, they still took walk-ins before my schedule time so I left. Very disappointed with this experience.

Very poor experience. Went for a pedicure with a friend. They spent much time with her, and very little time with me. Perhaps because they seemed under staffed? We both asked for and paid for the luxury "organic" pedicure for $75. Very little "massage", little to no shaping of nails, the hot towels were cold by the time they came back to remove them. No further massage was given. The gel paint was unacceptable - I can still see the nail underneath and there are spots with no paint at all. I could have done a better job doing... read more
