Elk River Heating & Air Conditioning really saved us today!! Our a/c hadn’t been working since Sunday. The temperature in the house reached 90-degrees and the humidity was off the charts. We have Home Service Plus with Centerpoint Energy which we pay monthly for, so of course that was our first call. They called us last night around 6:45pm and said someone was on their way, but they never showed up! Must be busy, took over a week to get an appointment. Charged $150 for 30 minutes. Just installed the part and left, and he never said what was wrong or if he should install it. Then we received a bill, and the part is 3x more than the new manufacturers price quoted online. I give you stars for getting it going, though it's still weak.
The AC broke, our gen Z daughter thought she may not live through the night. I contacted Matt at 5:30pm he had our AC working by 7pm. Funeral avoided!
