Nice complex. Maintenance staff is wonderful! As a resident you can reserve the clubhouse at no cost.
I just wanted to say that I love Elk Ridge, these apartments are extremely nice. Everything is well kept, maintenance is on their game when you need anything. The complex manager is also really sweet. I’m leaving a three star review because the owners of this complex and the 20 others around the state seem to think that these apartments need to have high prices. We lived here for a few years and the rent went up $100 every year. The rent is now $1,550.00 a month. It will go up again another $100 next year. Unfortunately beca... read more
Best apartments in the area. A little pricey compared to others, but much nicer.
I have lived at Elk Ridge for 5+ years. I love it here. Not only are the apartments nice but the staff is super quick with handling any maintenance issues. I've been really happy living here.
It’ll be my second year living here! Maintenance is always on their game when you need them as well. I’m actually switching buildings to be closer to the main entrance. Excited Roberta could work something out for us! Also, to the person below that made the comment about the clubhouse being locked, there are SIGNS POSTED! Keep the windows, blinds and doors SHUT when you leave!
