Lived here for 3 years management & staff are awesome. Communication with them is really good they do their best to keep these apartments well maintained.

Manager is the worse. She always blames things on corporate. Yes i was late 10 times in the year. The military took 2 years to provide me with my pension. Before i was never late. The manager is rude, i am a black man who is a veteran. She has no compassion or empathy. During covid my down stairs neighbor who was native, was late no recourse. I told my CO about this. Staff quickly address any problems, and the grounds are very well kept. The complex is quiet with good amenities.

Update: I’ve now lived here 4+ years and the pool is never clean enough for it to be open. I can’t even use the area to sunbathe. The whole time I’ve been here the pool has been opened maybe once for about a month or so and then they shut it down for one reason or another. My AC is trash, it gets fixed and two days later it still isn’t cool enough to be considered an AC. They are quick to raise the rent as if the apartments or amenities were up to par.
