Lived here for a year in a one bedroom. Apartment was okay but there were several issues. The air conditioner never worked, the water could never be adjusted from Luke warm, the neighbor above chucked cigarette butts in my yard, the hallways weren’t maintained very well. The neighbors all smoked. When I moved out I was charged for burner pans on the oven and an oven cleaning fee though it was clean. I wish I could recommend this place better but I just can’t.
