My flat is full of cockroaches and they have sprayed 31 times to no avail. The manager is always high on weed and very rude. It says no smoking in our lease, however, the staff walk around smoking inside as well as my neighbour. The sealing is fallen apart and the wood in the window seal is rotten. Avoid this place at all cost. Worst company, I have ever dealt with in my life.
Terrible people terrible company terrible buildings DO NOT RENT they should be shut down !!! Filthy cockroach infested place and they take advantage of people that dont know there rights.
Not good. Liars and thieves. They dont tell you any information before moving in they simply take your money and ask you to go to court if you have a problem. Full of bugs and cockroaches
