I am extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex is handling our situation. My son is being officially discharged from the military this Friday after serving our country for the past 4 years, he went straight into service right out of high school. Despite providing notice, the apartment is refusing to work with him or terminate his lease early, and is instead forcing him to remain locked into the lease until August. Very friendly and location is amazing!
My property manager, Brandi Marten, completed an inspection of my apartment on Feb 24th. She was accompanied by Nevin, the apartment complex maintenance man. Both were professional and courteous. During the inspection some items were identified that needed attention. Nevin followed up and on March 3rd he repaired/replaced the items. This was by far the best inspection experience I have had with IMM in the 14 years that I have lived here.
Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful folks. Brandi is a wonderful property manager, maintenance is quickly handled, complex is kept clean and is a very quiet building. Love it here
