Lived at Elk Pointe in Minot now for three years We have an amazing new Property Manager Brandi and today when I put in a maintenance request she let me know someone would be there soon and Nevin called me with the exact time he would arrive and all has been resolved 👍🏻🤣
After a rocky start to our new apartment. Brandi came in as our new property manager, and it has been amazing!!! She has made sure to listen to her tenants and has made even the smallest issues a top priority. She brought in a new maintenance crew and our tech Nevin (hope I spelled it right) is phenomenal! He takes the time to explain what he’s working on, what possibly could have happened, and always cleans up any mess made from maintenance work. I am extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex is handling our situation. My son is being officially discharged from the military this Friday after serving our country for the past 4 years, he went straight into service right out of high school. Despite providing notice, the apartment is refusing to work with him or terminate his lease early, and is instead forcing him to remain locked into the lease until August.
