lived there for 4 years. We were never late or missed rent payment. I will never rent from this company again. In the contract they state you have to professionally clean the carpets before you leave or IMM will charge you to have their carpet cleaners come in. Doesn't matter that you lived there for 4 years and there will be normal wear and tear (yuck, you would think IMM would replace the old carpet with new carpet since it was built in 2009???) IMM do not keep the hallways and stairs clean; There's always garbage and mud ... read more
