WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!! My wife and I were visiting from Denver over the New Years weekend and the alternator in our Lexus failed. We had it towed to Elk Mountain auto because my son-in-law said the John was the best Toyota mechanic in the county. John located a new part Monday morning and the car was ready by 4:00 the same day. WOW
