Five stars from start to finish! Jessica was a pleasure to work with, and Luis and his crew painted with efficiency and skill.
Requested an estimate and got a call while I was in a doctor’s appointment. I politely asked if the rep could call me back in five minutes. Her response was, “No, you can call us back,” followed by an immediate hang-up. Bold strategy for winning new business. The interaction was so loud and abrupt that even my doctor commented on it. If this is the level of customer service before any work or money is involved, I can only imagine how things go one money is exchanged. Disappointing as the reviews seemed positive.
We are very happy with the work Elk Horn did for us. We had the exterior of our house painted and some trim replacement. Everyone involved, from Dan who did the estimation, to Danielle and Jessica who were my contacts and of course Luis and his team that did all the labor were very helpful and professional. Our house looks beautiful but Luis noticed a couple of spots he wasn’t happy with and came back on a cooler day, with less sun to touch those up. I have to share what an amazing experience it is to work with Jack at Elkhorn Painting. We are currently working on a 5-year painting phase at a large HOA community and Jack has been instrumental in helping me get the plan together to work with our Reserve Study. He’s patient and really listens to the customer. He takes the time to educate and inform all through this intense process. I look forward to bringing Jack and Elkhorn painting into the next project at another community in the near future!!
I thought I had hired a professional company to paint the interior of my home. Unfortunately the painters that they sent had no idea how to paint without getting paint on the trim, ceiling, floors, cabinets and countertops. I have never seen a painter that leaves the can of paint on a different floor and then sticks the brush in, taps off the paint and then uses a paper towel under the brush and goes upstairs with it - utterly ridiculous.
