Updating my review to 4 stars after the company reached out to make everything right. A new crew was out to paint today and they did a terrific job with coverage, attention to detail, and cleanup. I'd give them 5 stars if we didn't have so many problems with the first round of painting. -------------------------- All of the staff that we interacted with were great, and communication was always prompt. Ryan provided me with a detailed estimate to paint my stairwell, hall/landing, and two bedrooms, answered all my questions, and worked with me to ensure the estimate was in my budget. Jess was flexible in coordinating scheduling and details for me. Oscar and Lester took only two days to complete the project and did an excellent job! We can’t even explain how happy we are with the paint job that the Elk Horn crew did for us. In one week, they painted our kitchen cabinets as well as the whole interior on the main level of our house. Every member of this team was wonderful.
