We lived here for 2.5 years and we presented all of the following concerns to management, multiple times, but no action was taken on any of them. Cons: - All cabinetry (bathrooms + kitchen) was wore and the stain was rubbed off. - Grounds- everywhere outside the apartment is atrocious. Dog pee everywhere (in hallways + main areas) + diarrhea smeared in hallways. (Pictures attached) - Packages- The package delivery system is a disaster. BEST landlord I have ever had. Constantly going above and beyond to make sure residents are well taken care of and happy with everything. I'd like to share a story of something that happened today. I pulled a completely bone headed move. I threw away a bag i needed, trash was coming today and I couldn't make it home in time. I kid you not, Brianna searched the trash bin and found my bag for me, and refused to let me pay her for her efforts. I’m coming up on the end of my lease. And this has been by far the best apartment complex. I’ve ever lived in my life. It is pricey. But you do get what you rent. The maintenance is always after it. I’ve really enjoyed having a quick response. Every time I’ve had something that needed to be fixed, they were very quick to fix it. Parking could probably be a little bit better. Everyone here is so helpful and considerate. I have worked mostly with Gina, and she has been wonderful! With this being my first apartment, I have had many questions throughout the process, and she has been able to answer them while being so kind and thoughtful.
