Great staff very friendly!
Moving from Wisconsin to Nebraska was a big change for me, but Elk Hills Apartments made the transition so much easier. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and I could tell right away that the community was well cared for. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and feels like home already. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful it is, while still being close to shopping, restaurants, and everything Omaha has to offer. We lived here for 2.5 years and we presented all of the following concerns to management, multiple times, but no action was taken on any of them. Cons: - All cabinetry (bathrooms + kitchen) was wore and the stain was rubbed off. - Grounds- everywhere outside the apartment is atrocious. Dog pee everywhere (in hallways + main areas) + diarrhea smeared in hallways. (Pictures attached) - Packages- The package delivery system is a disaster.
