Did the job perfectly but the friendly service was something I definitely appreciated more. Plus got some good music going in the shop
AMAZING PLACE! I called Tuesday & was squeezed in on a Saturday [ I Work M-F / Off at 5pm when they close] I appreciate Lori for being so informative, understanding, and kind during our calls & text communication! I was able to get there at 9:30am and get my brand new glass installed by Tim! He was very nice and gave me proof of my calibration as my 2018 Hybrid Camry needed a specific one. AMAZING PEOPLE. GREAT LOCAL CHOICE. HONEST PRICING. Thank you!!!!
The day I bought my car, the windshield got destroyed. I reached out to Elk Grove WIndshield & Calibration. Lori engaged with me to provide pricing and dates when I could bring my car in to have the windshield replaced, along with the calibration. I elected to go with OEM glass which they sourced from Toyota. I showed up about 15 minutes early to my appoinment and Tim greeted me right away. He got my car into the bay and got straight to work. While installing my windshield, they uncovered RUST ! I had bought my vehicle used recently and did not know of that issue. They graciously allowed me to get it fixed (making them go past the appointment time/having them run behind). They were so kind and are very hard workers. Reasonable price as well, $315 cash for my truck's windshield. Will definitely continue business with them and my family have already scheduled appointments with them :-) thank you EG windshield!
