our favorite VW location and it's not even close. the service department is very thorough and friendly. we literally drive from Reno just to get our service here. got brake fluid done today and they messaged promptly with a video explaining what they were doing with the car. thank you again and shoutout to Barry as well as Kattelyn and the mechanic who worked our vehicle today! - Alex, Quentin, and Margarita
Barry has always done an AMAZING job when I bring my vehicle in. These guys go above and beyond. I have experienced nothing but honesty and efficiency when doing business here and I greatly appreciate it.
Called service to have a quick question answered. Was on hold for 17 minutes for someone to pickup and hang up right away just in time for service dept to close at 5pm? Disappointed in my experience
They have the best service crew. I don’t mind waiting. I walk to Starbucks at the entrance and enjoy some Chai Tea.
