Minh was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He helped me set up my oil change appt over the phone and during my service appt, he communicated with me in person and via their text message system. Overall I had a great experience and would go back for future oil changes
Friendly staff
Miguel in the service department is great! He was on top of communications and kept me updated throughout the day. No upsale on anything. Gave factual info for me to make decisions and no pressure to proceed with some of the recommendations. One of my better experiences with dealership services! Please remember these service guys are people too. A little kindness goes a long way. If you walk in there with a sh*tty attitude, do you think they will be happy to help you?!
Our warranty repair was quick and painless—thank you to your team for honoring your Knight Engine for Life warranty without hesitation.
