I was referred to this shop from American Tires as I needed a 4-wheel alignment for my Beemer. They were abel to accommodate me same day and the outcome was great. They got the job done. Rate is reasonable. I will come back next time for steering repair.
Horrible customer service, rude , mean , and extremely incompetent employees. They are not helpful, and their best help to tell you help yourself which is ridiculously unprofessional because you are the mechanic, and you have the shop not me as customer. They are located in Iron Rock Way Elk Grove, CA, and the shop is not big or small in a decent size which has the capacity of more than 10 customers at a time.
