Horrible customer service, rude , mean , and extremely incompetent employees. They are not helpful, and their best help to tell you help yourself which is ridiculously unprofessional because you are the mechanic, and you have the shop not me as customer. They are located in Iron Rock Way Elk Grove, CA, and the shop is not big or small in a decent size which has the capacity of more than 10 customers at a time.
