I bought the Outback from these guys 3 years ago, and the salesman was great. No complaints. For 3 years I have been taking it for regular service to Elk Grove Subaru, always with an appointment. Everytime has been more frustrating. Last time I spent the entire afternoon waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought maybe some staff were out sick. Nope, I checked. I brought my Subaru in for an oil leak, assuming it would be covered under the powertrain warranty. The service advisor never explained that if the leak was caused by previous work, it might not be covered, nor did he explain anything about the “pre-authorization” process he later blamed me for not knowing. I came here for oil change multiple time. they usually provided complimentary car wash. This place did not (even i was asked). Other than that, staff are professional, waiting room is clean.
