I brought my Subaru in for an oil leak, assuming it would be covered under the powertrain warranty. The service advisor never explained that if the leak was caused by previous work, it might not be covered, nor did he explain anything about the “pre-authorization” process he later blamed me for not knowing. I came here for oil change multiple time. they usually provided complimentary car wash. This place did not (even i was asked). Other than that, staff are professional, waiting room is clean.
Great! As always. Omar always makes sure all my questions are answered and I leave with a better understanding of my cars many mechanisms. Sometimes I can be overwhelmed with the info but his patients shines through. Omar is the best!!! He always accommodates my last minute appointment request. I appreciate that so much!
