I have been contacted and offered to buy the car. The offer was literally accepted saturday. TJ the dealership representative told me to come monday so me and wife took a day off so we can drive to elk grove only to find out monday morning that they sold the car late sunday evening. They are time wasters. Very disappointed.

The salesman wasn’t that friendly, but I don’t think he was the floor salesman. I think he was the online salesman. His first remarks to us was about how fast the car goes on the freeway before shaking or vibrating. After telling him I needed to sell my car first, he replied with a rather odd statement saying most Suburu customers have really good credit and pay in cash.
My experience was GREAT! Not only did the individual (Cebert) help me get financed but he also did all of the transaction except picking up the vehicle via text and email!!! Very good experience!
This was a great experience, Cebert Grant was awesome to work with, we had so much fun, he helped me in so many ways but most importantly, made my wife very happy. Thanks Cebert and Elk Grove Subaru!
