I cannot say enough good about my recent experience buying a new Subaru Outback with Subaru of Loveland. We have purchased as many as a half dozen new vehicles (Chevrolet and Subaru) over the last 30 years with this company and our experience has been nothing but exceptional. Very poor business tactics. For the first time in my life I bought a new car while still having a loan on another, bad business. Oh the new loan came through in a jiffy, but payoff on the old loan could take up to a month to be completed. So 2 car payments in a month, interest lost on recent payment on the old loan, and I was told to just wait and the payment would be returned in a month…..of course minus the interest I would have made if the money was in my account. On 9/11 I arrived at the service dept having been in an honor guard and was treated like I was one of the heroes of 9/11. My car was back in running order in no time, after another mechanic told me that the car needed expensive and extensive repairs. I typically don't write bad reviews on companies, but they have given me no choice. I would not ever buy another car from them again. I paid off my car early and wanted to cancel my warranty. it has taken over 8 weeks and no refund yet. Every time I call the finance department or manager, they didn't response, so I had to call back more than anyone has time too.
