Dealer was slow or did not return phone calls, didn’t send pictures of the car when they said they would, the sales person was not available at my appointment time and the car had sold the day before my appointment. They confirmed my appointment the day of despite not having the car I wanted to see.
we almost met each other at the deal, but finance officer did not help at all. Bank and dealer requested 3k right away +900 on Feb 17 Buyer requested 2k right away +1900 on Feb 17 Bank and dealer said No, and sold the car to the other after Feb 17 What the fox... They seem looking down the customers...

Was very interested in this car come to find out it’s actually used in a 700 miles on it and they’re trying to sell it as a new vehicle I contacted the sales manager Adrian and he was very rude and said no it’s still considered a new car. I will never go there again. I was going to contact the general manager to tell him how rude his manager was. they shouldn’t be listing a car as new if it’s actually used that is kind of crooked. Easy and simple transaction.
Pleasant except they don’t ship pre-owned vehicles so I would have to go pick it up and transport or drive it home. Not particularly convenient.
I was contacted by the dealer with information about a Veloster that was different then the model I was looking for. I responded back and clarified the type of vehicle I was interested in and never got another response from them
Good experience. Willing to negotiate to get me a good price. Salesperson was down to earth and did not engage in typical sales tactics.
