4/25 update - bc its an old house, they had to come out again. James did a quick check and was on it. Found the problem and had it fixed in minutes. Love these guys!!! OMG!! The reviews are true! This company is amazing and their customer service is outstanding. James was my tech and he is a bulldog. He worked to find the problem with my shower, to even crawling under the house. I love Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain! They are now my go to plumbing and HVAC company. We have used them many times now for very different jobs and have been so happy with the work. Chris came out to check an AC problem for us and found a mistake done by the installers of our new AC (should have had them do it to begin with) and now he is diligently working to rectify the situation. Thank you Chris for being so up front and honest with the path for fixing.
