Went into the shop to get a set of compression socks. Maria the owner waited on me. She was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of offering me options. She was patient and answered all of my questions. After going to several other medical supplies stores and being ignored and treated like I was a bother I will be going here to fill my needs. I will be recommending all my friends to solicit this store if they have a need for medical equipment. Thanks again Maria!
Attendant was super nice and patient with me. I had a hard time describing what I needed and she was very helpful. Will definitely come back. Parking is kinda tight but I found a spot ok.
Both of the owners were friendly, knowledgeable courteous, helpful,and efficient. They created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to relax and make informed decisions. Both Roderick and his mother were a pleasure to meet and with whom to do business.
I know of this store because I shopped here a lot in 2021 after being diagnosed with colon cancer... Their supplies always came in handy and the older lady who worked there was really helpful and kind! Fast forward to current times where I have been in there twice since 2025. There is a young guy who works at the store and he is so rude and has zero customer service. Before going in today I called to ask if they carried canes...
