I know of this store because I shopped here a lot in 2021 after being diagnosed with colon cancer... Their supplies always came in handy and the older lady who worked there was really helpful and kind! Fast forward to current times where I have been in there twice since 2025. There is a young guy who works at the store and he is so rude and has zero customer service. Before going in today I called to ask if they carried canes... The staff was very helpful in advising on the differences between models of walkers and rollaters. My mom wanted to try out different options in the store and the gentleman who assisted her was so helpful. They have a policy where if you buy a walker and take it out the door, you can’t return it, but that makes perfect sense. Our plan will be to try out the product in the store ahead of time and once we feel comfortable with it then purchase it. We took my mom's power chair in on 6/5 to be worked on. Were told it would probably need a new cord from the battery to the arm control (i think they said charger, but not sure) and they would place the order. After 7/5 we called to check the status and were told it was coming from China and it was delayed. Several other calls later (we were told they didn't have a tracking number - we were told they would get back to us for at least a status update) we still on 7/29 have no cord. I rented a knee scooter from the owners of this store about 6 years ago. I kept the scooter for 4 months as I had a full knee replacement. During that time my husband lost his job. When I went in to return it I offered them what money I had and asked if I could make payments. They, husband and wife, went I the back room to talk and came back and forgave my balance. Over the years we have needed a few things here, the prices are higher than online but if it's here your walking out with it today. The clerk was helpful with my recent purchase.
