We went into Elk Grove Medical Supplies to gain information about an electric scooter for my elderly mother. Ron was super helpful and informative. You can buy online anywhere but it doesn’t show you how things work and all the nuances - Ron did all of that for us AND if there is a problem he is local. So glad we went in. My mom was very happy to support small business and the pricing is the same as online companies. Very happy, highly recommend.
Went into the shop to get a set of compression socks. Maria the owner waited on me. She was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of offering me options. She was patient and answered all of my questions. After going to several other medical supplies stores and being ignored and treated like I was a bother I will be going here to fill my needs. I will be recommending all my friends to solicit this store if they have a need for medical equipment. Thanks again Maria!
Both of the owners were friendly, knowledgeable courteous, helpful,and efficient. They created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to relax and make informed decisions. Both Roderick and his mother were a pleasure to meet and with whom to do business.
Attendant was super nice and patient with me. I had a hard time describing what I needed and she was very helpful. Will definitely come back. Parking is kinda tight but I found a spot ok.
