Joseph Phen is the best, been going here since I was little and he’s always been amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism here and highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a quality dental care.

Office staff are friendly and willing to work you into their schedule. Dr. Phen works quickly and does good work. It's nice to go to a non-corporate dentist unlike a lot of other dental offices in Elk Grove.
My husband and I in the past have had terrible experiences with dentists, but not today. We walked out of there, smiling laughing, happy that's the joy that Dr Phen brought to us today. I definitely recommend this place.. He is amazing and the staff is wonderful nice atmosphere calm and peaceful. So glad we found this dentist.
