This place is so tiring. Every single service visit....regular maintenance, recall repair, and warranty repair leaves something to be desired. Nothing is every done with attention to detail. Parts are ordered and I never hear back. Latest issue: headlamps replaced per recall. Bumper doesn't sit flush anymore. Brought it to their attention. 1 side was fixed. The other is still protruding. I had my engine replaced on my 2015 Kia Optima, and everything has been running smoothly since. Big shoutout to Clayton for his outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate the professionalism and support I received from Clayton and the whole team. Great customer service, won't take my Kia anywhere else.
STAY AWAY - THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS & DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS. 2 weeks post purchase and no check received from my trade in vehicle, and nobody will call me back after waiting 7 hours. They yelled at my father on the phone, and supposedly the only person that can help us in on vacation for a week.... seriously? you act like this is rocket science lol. Highly advise you move onto the next dealership, this place is not what you want to deal with- just more roaches.
The receptionist staff were quite knowledgeable and still willing to go back and get the answers they didn't have. My service advisor was very pleasant to work with and helped me understand everything that was being done to my car. It is a smaller location than some of the other Kia dealerships so my appointment was 2 weeks out but that could have been due to the holiday season too.
