Elk grove Kia service center was good. I brought in my headlight bulbs and they were able to replace on my Kia Stinger. I thought replacing them myself would and should have been easy. But the way the Stinger is designed you have to have some patience and I didn't have the time or patience. But my overall experience there was good.
It Was very busy , but they got my paperwork done I a jiffy and the cat out and ready fast
I went and we bought our car but it was closing so they did not detail my car. I got a tank of gas still had stickers and dust and he said well detail just call for an appointment . Trying to get us out it was closing time which I understand but come on. so I made another appt had to cancel it for personal reasons and couldn't get ahold of them...but mentioned that looks like water spots on the glass and they told me they will look at it and give them a acid wash.. cool Had an appointment yesterday and everything should hav... read more
This place is so tiring. Every single service visit....regular maintenance, recall repair, and warranty repair leaves something to be desired. Nothing is ever done with attention to detail. Parts are ordered and I never hear back. Latest issue: headlamps replaced per recall. Bumper doesn't sit flush anymore. Brought it to their attention. 1 side was fixed. The other is still protruding. CV boot parts were ordered at the end of March. I've called 3 times and finally got them to repair it today after the bearings started to ma... read more
Had window trim replaced per warranty. Didn't go as smoothly as I wanted, but eventually got done and looks great. Denise Lumley helped me and was very nice and professional.
