The receptionist staff were quite knowledgeable and still willing to go back and get the answers they didn't have. My service advisor was very pleasant to work with and helped me understand everything that was being done to my car. It is a smaller location than some of the other Kia dealerships so my appointment was 2 weeks out but that could have been due to the holiday season too.
The person I just spoke to hung up on me mid-sentence. That’s not the way to be treating customers. Folsom Lake Kia is much better.
Been to this location twice, called twice both times the customer service has been spectacular. I called another location about an oil light that went on my 2024 Telluride that I bought in Feb 2024 with 20 miles on it and immediately was told I needed oil change????? So I called Elk Grove Kia was advised to take it in so they could look at it, I did and all it was was to reset the sensor and the same for recent message on panel about emission something or other.
