Had window trim replaced per warranty. Didn't go as smoothly as I wanted, but eventually got done and looks great. Denise Lumley helped me and was very nice and professional.
This place is so tiring. Every single service visit....regular maintenance, recall repair, and warranty repair leaves something to be desired. Nothing is every done with attention to detail. Parts are ordered and I never hear back. Latest issue: headlamps replaced per recall. Bumper doesn't sit flush anymore. Brought it to their attention. 1 side was fixed. The other is still protruding. I had my engine replaced on my 2015 Kia Optima, and everything has been running smoothly since. Big shoutout to Clayton for his outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate the professionalism and support I received from Clayton and the whole team.
