Office receptionists are extremely rude! Forget about asking them questions or for information. They answer the phone and put you on hold right away then try to rush you off the phone as fast as they can. Would have given them zero stars if possible
Dr Richard Cash is an outstanding physician. And there was a nurse practitioner there and she was outstanding. Been going there since 1981. Been through a list of illnesses. They were right there with great medical advice.

This is quite possibly the worst ran doctor's office around. It's without a doubt the worst I've ever been to. 1.) Takes weeks or months to book an appointment with the actual doctor because of how short-staffed they are. Thus, expect to get an appointment with a nurse practitioner or wait weeks. 2.) The office staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, unorganized and takes no accountability or responsibility for anything. Gave this place only 3 stars. Let me tell you why. The doctors are great but the office is run poorly. I have surgery this Friday. I went for my post op labs and a EKG early this month and they did everything. Problem. They claim they have no record of my EKG. I know had a EKG. I'm not imaging all the electrodes that were hooked up and the cart being rolled in and the test being performed before the doctor came in for the rest of the exam.
