Took over 2.5 weeks just to repair a fender bender. Excuse was technician took vacation while my car was being repaired.
No Honda vehicle owner wants to need to bring their car into any garage but their own, but if your situation is such you’ve experienced damage … THIS is the place to go. Bill and Mia (the two center reps I dealt with, mostly) are friendly, helpful, and most of all … knowledgeable. The communication was fantastic throughout the experience, and my prized Honda Pilot ultimately drove out looking like new again. Happy customer, for certain.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Please avoid this place. They seem nice at first, but the moment you decide to take your car somewhere else, they flip and become extremely rude — especially the front desk. When I first dropped off my car, they told me it would take 24 hours to get an estimate. Five days later, I still had no proper update.
