This place advertises “try before you buy,” but my advice is run as far away from this place as you can. They gave me a set of “loaner” hearing aids, ordered a pair of new Hearing aids for me for which I paid $2998. A week later they called and said they were cancelling my order and demanded the “loaners” back immediately. That was three weeks ago. They refuse to process the paperwork for the refund until the loaners are returned, and they just sent me a letter charging me $7000 for the “loaners!” What kind of business does ... read more

I have been using hearing aids for 40 years and had plenty of experience with the care hearing aid care professionals I can say without a doubt that the EG hearing center provided the best care I have experienced in technical ,professional and personal attention to my needs
Amy is very sweet & very professional. I will definitely be going to see her again for resolution of my issue, and recommend her to anyone who doesn't listen very good when their wife is talking. Just saying, could be a real deal breaker!
My family and I moved from Illinois to California in the Summer of 2015. Prior to leaving Illinois our youngest son (who was barely 5 years old at the time) was evaluated by the speech and hearing clinic at Northern Illinois University who confirmed that he had a hearing deficiency in his right ear. Amy and Isaac are the sweetest people and they truly care about their patients. I would recommend going there if you have ANY hearing problems. I have had my hearing checked before but NEVER as thorough as Amy did it. They are amazing! <3
Only the BEST will do!! Gentle, Caring, Compassionate & Knowledgeable!! Dr. Amy White and Isaac White are very easy to speak to and they actually listen!! (no pun intended). They gently tested and fitted my 92 year old grandmother with hearing aids before Easter and what a BLESSING! We have been playing "what's that sound" ever since! I can't say enough about these 2 wonderful people and their attentive staff! Five star customer service and a clean friendly environment!
There is a lot more to wearing a hearing aid than just putting it in your ear. My husband's aids sat in the dresser drawer more often than in his ear. That is until we visited Dr. Amy. She listens to and works with her patient's adjusting sounds and frequencies to help them maximize their hearing potential. What a difference professional support makes.
