The lady butchered my hair. I should have saved my $30 and done it myself at home. I showed her pictures and a video of the face framing layers and cut I wanted. She barely spoke English. She pretended to understand; nodding and okaying along as I explained. Thinking they must know how to cut asian hair. Absolutely horrible service. Telling me in 2 weeks it should look better. Leaving me with hair on my face and clothes. Showed no care at all. Save yourselves. I wrongfully believed the 4 star reviews and went in.
The whole staff here is great. Very reasonable prices for all haircuts.
The lady did amazing job on my son's haircut. I just showed her the picture once what I wanted and my concerns.
I had a great experience at Elk Grove Hair Salon! The customer service is very friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Ms. Kim is amazing—she truly listens and understands exactly what hairstyle I want before she starts cutting. Her hair-cutting skills are excellent, and the result always comes out just right. You can tell she’s experienced and really cares about her clients. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for great service and a stylist who actually listens!
