Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I paid $300+ just to look at the vehicle. I brought in the truck because it was making a sound. They never did address the original issue, but told me I needed brakes on the back wheels. The service rep never called me so much as even one time. After my truck sat on the back lot for two full days. I reviewed my dash cam and observed my truck just sitting in a parking spot. I've been going to Elk Grove Ram for service since 2008. I'll never go back again.
Lincoln was a great in keeping me posted on where we were at on the repair and got it done in a reasonable amount of time.
