Horrible. I made an appt on a Monday for the following Wednesday at 10a. I initially waited for a shuttle but that took too long, so around 1p, I decided to stay back and just leave with my vehicle. I didn't want to do too much driving back and forth. I didn't leave until after 3p and that was after having to follow up with my service professional several times (at least 5). She saw me and waited a whole 30-45 minutes for me to return to her to ask her whats the update that she received. I intentionally and patiently waited ... read more

Well obviously im here for giving a review but, Dont even get me started about these people .we would be here for a week reading but lets just say no one knows what they are doing !!! Took my car in twice for the same problem and both times i left they said problem was solve .it wasn’t .first time they had my car in for two weeks second time few days. Was told bring it back and leave it there for a few day- a week maybe longer. I was told org it would be done same day just for even just looking at it nothing I messaged next ... read more
