The Jeep appeared to have brake and rotor issues. They informed me that the cost would be $450 for an evaluation. I informed them that I could get it at Folsom Dodge/Jeep for $299. They then told me they could do it for me for $300. They ended up changing it to a break inspection that cost $150(the cost did not go towards any repairs) Waited 3 hours for a diagnostic. I called in on Thursday and reported my battery dying. Lincoln got me in Friday morning and replaced my battery and I was able to make it to my son’s football game by 6:00 pm. I appreciate Elk Grove Dodge
