Service Tech showed up on time and was very courteous. He performed a thorough cleaning of dryer, vent hose and dryer duct. After cleaning he vacuumed up all the debris and put everything back in place. Overall easy company to work with. I called back and set myself up for a two year callback appointment.
We totally wish we had done this sooner! We had taken it for granted that some of our clothes just needed multiple drying cycles, but after a strong push from a great auntie visiting (who decided to do some laundry), we realized something was wrong. I had an issue with my water heater that it was not working. Called them and they showed up right away. Their work was honest and very transparent on what was the issue. They helped me pick the part and offered to get it as well. They did an amazing job and finished the job and my water heater is working as new. Thank you for the honesty and prompt customer service to show up and get it back up and running!
