A family member was paralyzed from the waist down from surgical malpractice. Elk was dismissive and not helpful during the free consultation and basically said call back in a few months. We called their competitor next day who basically begged us to give them the case on the spot.
Called twice to see if I had a case to sue, and no one has returned my call yet. Months later and nothing.
They get the job done!
These guys claim to help the little guy and to be against businesses that only care about the "bottom line" but they don't care about you unless they can make over 50, 000. Just like the companies they claim to stand up against they only care about the bottom line. *cough* Bill Campbell *cough* they also have an attitude problem
