RecommendedDr Rohleder is the best vet ever!! Seriously. I run a bulldog rescue and this man never ceases to amaze me in terms of getting these guys back to health. I don’t know what I would do without him.

My family absolutely loves everyone that works here. My first experience with them was unfortunately a very sad time for me because I had to have my first baby, my border-beagle, put down. Dr Rohleder and the staff were very compassionate! Our family now has a new addition and have seen him and taken great care of him every time. We are blessed to have found such a caring vets office. I will always reccomend elk creek animal hospital Bullitt county location to anyone that asks.
I've known Alex Shelley for quite some time. We used to show livestock together when we were much younger. There's no one I would trust with my dogs more than him and as for as I'm concerned theirs not a small animal vet that even comes close. He has made miracles happen on one of my dogs throughout his lifetime and if I'm ever asked or ever have the opportunity to forward who and where the best place is to take their dog it most definitely will be Alex Shelley and the staff at Elk Creek animal hospital.

If anyone can pull off a major surgery on a 4 1/2 pound, 13 year old toy poodle Dr. Shelley can!!!! Four days out of major surgery and my baby is thriving ❤️ !!
