Update: I have to give Elk credit. After this review and after the full bill was paid they still made an effort to earn back our trust. We had someone run into the siding on one of the garages and we gave them another opportunity. They were communicative and quick and got the job done affordably. I have never had such a bad experience with follow-through and communication in my life. We hired Elk to redo the siding on all 11 buildings in our community, and to replace 20 decks.
