The receptionist needs an attitude adjustment and would really benefit from taking a class on how to speak to people kindly . Over the phone and in person . She's worked there for years now . And I've never seen a nice side to her. If you go here!! Stick to the the left window. The girl on the right not so nice ..
One receptionist was extremely rude and short with my father who recently experienced a nearly fatal health incident. Absolutely no compassion, concern, or appropriate assistance in helping my dad navigate this health issue. She acts as if he is wasting her time. Do your job lady or find a different one.
Dr. Sidhu is amazing! We are so lucky to have her. She addresses all concerns and is thorough. One suggestion is, I wish we could bring up more than one problem per visit, that rule makes it hard to schedule multiple appointments and I’m not sure what the reasoning is behind it.
Very compassionate staff extremely professional doctors. There was no discrimination towards me for not being Covid vaccinated they treated me as if they would treat any other patient with dignity and respect. The doctors there have an incredible bedside manner very respectful and kind to patients I highly recommend this clinic.
