From day one, communication has been extremely poor. This realtor is frequently out of state and consistently fails to respond to messages. Rent is often sent to the owner late, and at times not collected at all. The eviction process was also handled late, causing unnecessary delays and complications. While I did not directly work with Victoria on the home, I had a personal realtor who was helping me and my family reach out and facilitate. Miss Morales repeatedly showed lack of communication, as well as some unprofessionalism. Multiple calls and messages left unanswered as well as being left in the dark during multiple attempts to clarify what was needed.
