My esthetician was lovely and skilled but I probably won’t visit again. My review is 3/5 starts due to the operations. During my facial, my esthetician was the only staff (no receptionist). The door rang 4x which she had to go receive and discuss with the people at the door- interrupting the facial and taking away time…not her fault! But after getting a babysitter and driving 30 min each way for a 1 hour facial, I was hoping for a full hour of zen

I have been seeing Liza for over 15 years. Everything she does at her salon and the people she hires are amazing! I moved to San Diego eight years ago. But I continue to fly to Honolulu to have her do my brow shaping and permanent makeup. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! I highly recommend En Signature Brows!!!

I hate to leave bad reviews but I got a lash lift here by krissy and I felt her struggle a bit getting the adhesive patches off my lids but I didn’t realize how much damage until I got home. It burns and is raw and will likely scab over time. I’ve been icing it at home. I got a lash lift because I leave for vacation tomorrow and now instead I have this. I have never wrote a negative review before but this was completely outrageous. I came all the way from the Windward side for this appointment, and it ended up being a complete waste of my time. According to Google, this place is open on Saturdays from 9 AM to 7 PM. I booked my 10:30 AM appointment through their website, and they even made me confirm it—so there’s absolutely no excuse for what happened.
