Excellent customer service and a company you can trust! We have contracted E-town heating and cooling to provide their semi-annual HVAC maintenance program on our systems. During our most recent service, our tech Andy diligently found a couple issues in the earliest stages of failure. Andy and crew came this AM to install a new gas furnace after another company had installed the wrong type furnace and left us with a dangerous carbon monoxide/fire risk. The install was done efficiently and professionally. I am very happy with the results. It is obvious that they know the trade and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend.
Our natural gas furnace was having issues staying ignited. Called E-Town Heating and Cooling and was able to have Andy come out within just a few minutes. He quickly diagnosed a fouled flame sensor in our burner and had it cleaned in just a few minutes. He ensured that our furnace continued to fire and make sure there were no other issues present. I couldn't recommend this company enough to help with your HVAC needs. Thank you guys so much for your professionalism, quick work, and affordable prices!
