Great staff and high quality service. Thorough and detailed care. Very personable and genuine. Dr Dennis is a meticulous practitioner who provides precise adjustments that have staying power unlike most other chiropractors I've used previously.
Dr. Dennis is a wonderful chiropractor! He takes the time to listen to you and his adjustments always help. He's also very caring and his staff are always nice!
I would definitely recommend Elizabethton Chiropractic. Dr. Dennis has helped me so much over the years with my back pain. The staff is great. If you have back, neck, leg pain go see Dr. Dennis. He will put you on a path to relief.

Dr. Howard and the whole staff are great. They really care and have done a great job on my “old” back. I can walk better and play a round of golf without pain. I was skeptical at first at a preventive plan at first, but this was the best decision of my life. Give them a call and they will do their best to get you right.
