Nice girl took my order, repeated it back as it was the same as my last apparently. Got home and there was pepperoni on the veggie half. Called in to see if I messed up, girl repeats correct order, said they messed up, transfers me to what I hope is not a manager, he lies, says the made it right and I'm wrong and they made it right. I explain to him that I'm super appreciative of them screwing up and him blaming me (in not as nice words). Now I'm having to go pick dinner up from somewhere else. I am irate at this point.

First time here. We loved it! The food was delicious (we had the fettuccine chicken sand ravioli sampler), the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was nice. My only thing was the extensive menu had few lighter options beyond a salad. Otherwise, GREAT find!

First visit. Ordered Elizabeth’s Special. It was huge and amazing. So good. Our server, Ian, was very nice.
We moved down here from Pittsburgh Pa and have been in search of the “Best Italian food in Wilmington.” Last night we found it! Elizabeth’s has so much on the menu to pick from. The meat ravioli dinner I got was outstanding and Lorraine’s Lasagna was huge and utterly delicious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back and we highly recommend it. Thank you ........
I haven’t eaten there in years (used to go a LOT). But someone said the food was better now (the reason I quit eating there was the food was hit or miss). Well...they lied or don’t know what good food is supposed to taste like. I got a ham and cheese sub, which I used to get occasionally in the past. It was so awful...I was barely able to choke down 1/2 because I was so freakin hungry. I threw the rest away. Who heats a ham and cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, onions, oil & vinegar?
