All was great with my stay on Monday 1st December. Clean well-presented room, wonderful bathroom amenities and I enjoyed walking around the excellent gardens. Great value for money also. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived at 11am and we were told in a stern way that room is not ready until 2 pm, but we could leave the baggage. Fair enough that check in starts from a later hour. But the rooms are in serious need of some upgrade. Probably the last time that the walls were painted was 20 years ago? There is musty smell of mold everywhere in the room. Everything is so old and in need of serious replacement and upgrade. It's also far from the airport and the City, Über cost $62 from airport and public transport takes probably 2 hours.
Stayed here for three nights while down in Melbourne for a wedding. For the price, this place is really great… The grounds are really well maintained, and while the rooms do feel a bit dated, it’s consistent with the styling of the venue. Bed was comfortable and the shower worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
