booked 2 night stay for offshore fishing trip. Friday, while on the water, house keeping came in, stripped the beds. we returned to the room about 7 pm to find the door wide open, our clothes from the previous day gone, personal blanket and pillow gone and some had used the bathroom. went to the desk to complain. She was very confrontational. no answer for where our stuff was or why they came in our room in the first place. Do NOT stay here for any reason!!!
We were with several couples who stayed at the hotel for a fishing trip for a few nights. We understood about no pool and no coffee thanks to Covid (even though other hotels did have pools open) but no plastic cups?? Our room toiletries had been opened and half used. One room was stripped clean including their personal items while out fishing. They ended up going home since their belongings were gone. Hotel manager could have cared less. Guys were not giving a refund for their night either nor their belongings were returned.... read more
DO NOT STAY HERE! Front desk tenant extremely rude, no pool, no coffee pot in room. Rooms are dirty. Have to ask them to come sweep my room, have to take my own trash out. I have a 3 month old baby and I have to deal with drunks and drugged out people dancing and singing and partying outside of my room at 1 am until I called the front desk to complain and turns out the people partying are some of the workers that work at the hotel. Bedbugs!!! And rude staff.
Friendly staff! Clean! They also have an inside pool. Simple but all you need and a restaurant downstairs if you’re hungry.
