I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Wickstrom to go over a new diagnosis, and she totally put my mind at ease. She took the time to research my condition prior to the appointment and came prepared with suggestions and valuable information for me. She is kind, calming, and very knowledgeable! Fantastic doctor!
Dr. Wickstrom and her staff are incredible. They are all beautiful, caring humans and helped make this difficult pregnancy as smooth as possible. I am insulin-dependent diabetic and planned a home birth with a midwife. Dr. Wickstrom treated my birth plan and prior knowledge with kindness and respect. If her lighthearted and open personality doesn’t sell you on her, her attention to detail and cautiousness will. She was a few minutes behind schedule because she was with another patient longer than expected. As my appointment went on it was clear why. Saw Dr. Wickstrom via telehealth at mosaic. The techs that did the ultrasound were phenomenal. Very thorough, and very kind. Dr herself? Was useless. She had more to say about the covid vaccine then she did about the growth and development of my baby. Then blatantly insulted me when I refused to say whether I would be getting the vaccine or not. Our experience with this office has been overall awful, my wife is a type 2 diabetic, and before going under her care had her blood sugar levels largely under control, has had good repore with all of her other doctors. Ever since going under this offices care and going by their prescribed diet my wifes blood sugars have been out of control, and the doctors refuse to believe that it has anything to do with their recommendations and work with us.
