Bad cut (uneven, won't lay nicely, flips out on one side, etc.). Misleading price. (Was assigned a Jr. Stylist after explaining my needs to the scheduler). On the website a junior stylist rate is $50. I was charged $70. When I asked why the website states $50, I was told, "Website must be out of date." Disappointing experience.
They do a great job. And very friendly.

Vicki is an amazing hair stylist! If you aren't happy with current stylist leave and go to her!
