Elizabeth is so wonderful! Our house sale in Brooklyn was a stressful one as we were purchasing a property elsewhere, and she was so helpful in guiding, advocating, communicating thoroughly and quickly with all parties, and so kind and easy to work with. We knew what to expect from the onset (especially regarding photos/open houses with respect to the fact we had young kids) and I cannot recommend her enough!
Working with Elizabeth was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I tried finding an apartment in this historically competitive NYC rental market back in June and I had such a difficult time that I gave up. Elizabeth is an amazing broker and was instrumental in our NYC home search. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable as we explored fixer uppers but eventually decided on a ready to move-in space.
