Had my 1st lymphatic massage. After 30 plus deep tissue massages. Now I can't decide if my next massage will be lymphatic or deep tissue. I expected it to be ok and beneficial for health. I never thought it could be on the same level of a deep tissue.
Elizabeth has been helping me for a few years now. I am a cancer survivor and I began seeing her for post operative lymphatic work. She also uses the John Barnes myofascial release to help me with my ongoing issues with treatment. I can't say enough about how she has helped me through this chapter.

I was referred to Elizabeth and boy she did not disappoint! I did an hour and a half. Before the massage started, Elizabeth made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all as she asked me questions about what was going on.
