Poor customer service
For someone to have been seeing this doctor since 2 months of age and anytime a mother has a concern she is ignored but once she refuses vaccines for her child and have concerns instead of answering those questions you refuse to see the child any further shows your integrity. I will be looking into this further
Office staff is pleasant and caring. Dr. Simmons is wonderful! She is caring and thorough. Everyone was professional and friendly. I have a diabetic child and the care we received was great!
